About delivery:

Should I pay in advance?

Regular orders must be placed, preferably, three days in advance. Large orders must be placed one week in advance.

Can I place a same-day order?

Same day orders can be made before 12:00 noon (EST). There is an additional cost associated with same day orders, and it will depend on the product.
These orders must be made by contacting our Customer Care team at 954-505-3982.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellation request must be made by 10:00 PM, on the day before delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up directly from our CFB or at a designated place of delivery.

Where do you deliver? (Areas)

We deliver within 10 miles of our address in tri-county areas (Dade< Broward, Palm Beach)

Do you have a minimum amount for delivery orders?

The minimum amount is $25. Delivery is free of charge on orders over $50.

What is your guarantee for fresh, on-time delivery?

We pride ourselves on our record of prompt delivery and this is at the hallmark of our business. If you experience difficulties with the delivery of your order, you may request a refund by contacting us directly to our Customer Care team at 954-505-3982, as soon as possible.
We guarantee that every effort will be made to resolve issues of late delivery or damages to your order, our only request is that all complaints are made within 7 days of delivery.

About the products:

Do you have gluten free or vegan options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free products. However, our sweet potato pudding and blue drawers are vegan products.

Are the products nut free?

Some items are nut-free. However, we must emphasize that Lime Tree Garden is NOT an allergy-free bakery. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may affect specific food allergies such as: milk, eggs, nuts, sugar, gluten, and dried fruits. Our company is governed by the rule of the State of Florida Cottage Industry rules and regulations.

Do you offer custom cupcakes?

Yes, these orders must be placed with our Customer Care team at 954-505-3982

Do you cater for special events?

Absolutely! We do cupcakes for parties, weddings, and other special occasions. Also, we do party favors such as cake pops (vanilla, chocolate, fruit cake), cupcakes in a mug, and mini cake favors. We require two-week advance notice for such orders.

Do you gift wrap or do gift baskets?

Yes, we do gift baskets as custom orders. Delivery charge applies for this service.

How long will my desserts stay fresh?

At room temperature, cupcakes will be best for about two days*. When refrigerated, they should be good for about seven days.

*Cupcakes should be stored in a tightly closed container or wrapped with plastic wrap to keep out air and other contaminants
